MUTI-PURPOSE, SILICONE LUBRICANT
Poly Sil is a special developed polysilane universal dry lubricant, water repellent, and sealing polish combined in one package.
Poly Sil is non-toxic, non-flammable, stainless, colourless, odourless, very long-lasting and remains heat stable from minus 40° F. to 500° F. without loss of characteristics.
Poly Sil leaves a slippery continuous film that stops squeaks, prevents sticking and reduces wear. It penetrates surfaces of porous synthetics, plastics, rubber, neoprene, wood fabrics to lubricate and make water repellent.
Poly Sil leaves no oily ring, stain or gummy residue. It is invaluable where petroleum oils should not be used.
How to Use
Spray or dip parts or structures to be treated.
Applications
Mould release for plastics and metal casting, cove making, shell moulding and hot box processes.
Anti-stick and anti-squeak lubricant control systems, winding gear, hinges, coin mechanisms, label systems, locks, synthetic fibre production, window guides, plastic gears, rollers, cams, bearings, food processing equipment, rubber, metal, wood, etc. Recommended for fitting of O-rings and other sealing devices.
Poly Sil prevents food from sticking to ovens, freezers, conveyors and bottles. Prevents glue, wax and adhesives sticking to heat sealing bars, etc.
Poly Sil is a superb renovating polish for vinyl, radiator grilles, wheels, matt black trim, dashboards, etc. it revives old door gaskets and makes new ones last longer.
Poly Sil should not be used for cleaning glass, nor should it be used in paint shops or spray booths.
