Powerclean Concentrate is an incredible water-based product, which quickly shifts stubborn grease, oii food fats, animai wastes, road dirt, manure and grime which other cleaners fail to touch. Its powerful sanitising and deodorising action rapidly kills bacteria and germs.
Powerclean Concentrate is effective in both hot and cold water. It is chiefly designed for use with pressure wash machines, but it may be used by hand. Most pressure washers dilute competitive products at between 15 to 30 : 1 at the nozzle. However Powerclean Concentrate has such a unique formulation that dilution’s of 250; 1 at the nozzle are not uncommon for lighter cleaning.
Powerclean Concentrate is the perfect chemical for dip tank cleaning of air filters and other parts that are heavily soiled.
How to Use
Heavy Soils - pre-dilute 2 to 1, giving 1 to SO nozzle concentration.
Lighter Soils - pre-dilute at 5 to 1, progressively strengthen until the best result is obtained, giving 1 : 150 to 1 : 180 nozzle concentration.
Air/Chemical guns - pre-dilute 2 :1 and apply.
Dip Tank Use - dilute 1 part product to 2 parts water.
Spray onto the surface, avoiding over-spray onto dry areas. Work from the bottom up and from the edges to avoid streaks. On large areas, cover one side and then ‘chisel’ off dirt and grease, holding jet 6 to 9 inches from surface. Wear wet suit, gloves and goggles for applications.
Rinse well paying particular attention to seams, sills, gullies and any areas where liquid may collect.
Applications
Heavy plant equipment , cranes, diggers, coai equipment and lorry chassis are cleaned more thoroughly and effectively. Tilts, fifth wheels, trailers, containers and container handling equipment, tractors, even aluminium trailers are cleaned rapidly with this unique product. Cleans greasy floors and walls, grease traps, most blocked pipework and drains, kills algae, fungi and bacterial contamination - perfect for food transport!
